POSITION DESCRIPTION Job Title: Field Coordinator (Charlotte, Greensboro) Job Description: The Field Coordinator will be responsible for delivery, installation, and removal of yard signs. Must have strong grammar and spelling skills. Punctuality and excellent customer service skills are a must. Additional responsibilities include: the cleaning and organization of yard signs. On the job training provided. What you will do: • Deliver, install, and break down yard signs. • Research and confirm client address and yard space for signage through Google maps. • Ensure yard messages are spelled correctly. • Capture photos and videos of yard sign once installed. • Confirm all signage is accounted for during retrieval process. • Provide outstanding customer service to clients. • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times. Requirements: • Willingness to be trained. • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills. • Must be available weekdays and weekends. • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Must be able to pass company criminal background check to include motor vehicle record check. • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. • Commitment to having fun. Job Title: Foam Machine Operator (Charlotte) Job Description: The Foam Machine Operator will transport, set up, operate, and break down equipment used during foam party events. Must be customer service oriented, organized, and punctual. Additional responsibilities include: the cleaning of equipment after use and site visits for upcoming events. On the job training provided. What you will do: • Responsible for transport, set up, and break down of equipment at specified event. • Main operator of foam machine and sound system. • Monitor foam output. • Ensure all safety measures are in place during active operations of equipment. • Required to clean foam machine after each use. • Provide outstanding customer service to clients. • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times. Requirements: • Willingness to be trained. • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills. • Must be available weekdays and weekends. • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Must be able to pass company criminal background check to include motor vehicle record check. • Commitment to having fun.
