How far in advance do I need to reserve Yard Card? We ask that you reserve your lawn greeting at least two (2) weeks in advance. Any personalized greeting, using a picture of the "suprisee", must be made four (4) weeks in advance. Lawn greetings are on a first come, first serve basis. Same day booking is available based on inventory and for additional fees. What packages are available? We have a variety of packages available, from birthday to graduation to the birth of a child. If you don't see what you need listed, please don't hesitate to give us a call. Can we personalize the message? Yes! You can add a picture of the "suprisee", a school logo, etc. which must be made four (4) weeks in advance. Different sizes are available and it's yours to keep. Additional charges apply. How much does a lawn greeting cost? Pricing for yard signage rental begins at $100. Additional rental days are $35 per day. We suggest you alert neighbors and a member of the household of the yard card delivery. If we don't see our message featured, can it be created? Yes! We have a variety of messaging available on a first come, first serve basis. Does Yardy Cardy ever cancel a lawn greeting? Weather can play a role in the set up and take down of the yard signage. We have the right to cancel if we feel that weather poses a threat to our workers. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will work with our customers to make alternate arrangements as needed. We also have the right to cancel if we believe our workers are in danger (e.g., vicious animals). What if I need to cancel? A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a full refund. Is there a deposit or do I pay in full at the time I book my yard card? You will pay in full at the time of your reservation via PayPal. What if a sign is damaged while at my home or business? You will be FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any missing or damaged yard signage Things to Remember We want to create the perfect, unforgettable experience for our customers. • Please ensure all pets are secure and lawn sprinklers are not on during delivery. • We suggest you alert neighbors of the early morning surprise. • Our signs are lightweight and weather durable. We use small, metal stakes to place signage at the requested home or business. We do ask that you do not mow or trim your lawn while the lawn greeting is present; watering is fine.
